Team Swachh Kalyani Nagar (TSKN) was established in November 2014 in response to the launch of the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan on 2 October 2014. It started as a volunteer group to further the cause of a clean, green and safe neighbourhood, and manage smoother safer traffic through Kalyani Nagar in co-ordination with the elected representatives and officers of the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), and the Traffic Police department. In October 2021, it was registered under the Societies Registration Act and also under the Bombay Trust Act, Charitable Trust Registration.

Maximum Segregation and Recycling
Kalyani Nagar has always been a pioneer in segregation and recycling initiatives. Our priority is to get all residents to recycle maximum waste from their households. In short, reduce, reuse, and recycle more.
